Terms & Conditions – City Limousine Ltd. Professional Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by City Limousine Ltd. (“City Limousine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment 💳

• All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card or approved payment method.
• Full payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, trip duration, distance, and special requests.
• Additional fees may apply for wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or cleaning.

2. Cancellations & Refunds 🔁

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup will incur a 100% charge.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

3. Passenger Conduct & Safety 🚫🍷

Passengers must follow chauffeur instructions and behave respectfully. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Zero-Tolerance Alcohol Policy:

In compliance with British Columbia’s Liquor Control and Licensing Act, open alcohol is not permitted in any vehicle, regardless of passenger age or event type. If alcohol is discovered, the chauffeur will terminate the trip safely and immediately.

Damage Responsibility:

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will apply for professional detailing. Repair costs will be invoiced accordingly.

4. Service Limitations 🚧

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or external factors.

5. Liability Disclaimer ⚖️

City Limousine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Passengers must exercise caution when entering or exiting the vehicle. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We value transparency. Clients are encouraged to contact management with concerns before posting public reviews.

7. Privacy & Data Protection 🔒

Your personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
